I also have a reconditioned VitaMix blender. I like to do a blend of 8oz unsalted and 8oz of honey roasted peanuts. I have also done a blend of peanuts and cashews buying the halves and pieces of cashews not whole nuts I also make fruit smoothies and hot soup in my VitaMix.
